Processing Times:

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Custom or made-to-order bundles may require additional time, and any delays will be communicated with transparency and grace.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

We offer standard and priority shipping through trusted carriers to ensure your sacred items arrive safely.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its journey home.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping:

Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

(Please note: Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.)

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Once your sacred package is in the hands of the postal carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items.

However, we will always assist you with tracking and resolution support to the best of our ability.

We recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance whenever available.

Important Note:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sacred Bloom is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
